The safety of our customers, staff and your valuable equipment remains our highest priority.
Due to the possibility of civil unrest, protests or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we wish to advise all customers of the following:

Equipment left with Kleens Music for repairs, servicing, quotations or collection will be handled with the utmost care and stored as securely as reasonably possible.
However, in the event of riots, civil unrest, looting, terrorism, fire, flooding, acts of God, or any other force majeure event beyond our reasonable control, Kleens Music cannot guarantee against loss or damage.
Any liability for loss or damage will be subject to the terms, conditions and limits of our insurance policies and applicable South African law.
We encourage customers to collect completed repairs promptly once notified that their equipment is ready.
